Service & Repair Department
Topcon have two purpose built service centre’s of excellence in which
all laser, optical and GPS products are fully repaired and calibrated to
manufacturer’s standard. We are also the only service centre with ISO 9001
accreditation in Ireland.
Topcon’s service departments have six expertly maintained collimators in total.
Optical collimators are used for the repair and recalibration of all Auto-Levels,
Theodolites and Total Stations. Laser collimators are used for the repair and
recalibration of Laser Levels and Pipe Lasers.
Topcon service centre’s offer full quotations on all repairs free of charge and with no
obligation to proceed, it is also the only
manufacturer based service centre in Ireland, with all its engineers fully trained by Topcon Corp.
Topcon also calibrate all makes of laser and survey products.
All instruments are tried and tested to ensure accurate results to the manufacturer’s
standard giving the required assurance to the end user.
All Topcon laser products come with a five year manufacture warranty.
All Topcon survey / GPS / machine products come with two years.
This takes effect from date of purchase by the end user
